Images and Insights LLC provides drone site mapping and aerial reference imagery that gives buyers, developers, planners, and real estate professionals a clear overhead view of any parcel in Brevard County. This imagery is for visual reference and general site context only — it is not a boundary survey, property boundary determination, or formal topographic land survey.
Our drone site mapping service documents general site orientation, visible access points such as driveways and ingress/egress routes, water features and drainage patterns, existing structures and visible infrastructure on or adjacent to the site, and surrounding land use context. This imagery is useful for early-stage due diligence, initial site evaluation, and internal planning conversations. It does not establish legal property lines, elevations, or setbacks, and should not be used for construction layout, permitting, or legal conveyance. All flights are conducted by a licensed remote pilot — trained through Pilot Institute’s FAA-approved ground school — ensuring every flight meets current federal safety standards.
Reference imagery you can act on. Within 24–48 hours of the flight, you’ll receive an organized set of high-resolution aerial images covering the site’s layout, access points, and surrounding context. This documentation is delivered as visual reference material only, clearly labeled as such — never as a certified survey product. If your project requires legally binding boundary, topographic, or engineering-grade site data, we recommend pairing our imagery with the work of a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper.
